When it comes to CEO Coaching, if you’re really gearing up for success now, it’s important to talk about your product strategy. This encompasses what you want to create, for which target markets, and at which price points. Otherwise you can stop counting on success now, and simply talk about treading water and hoping you don’t drown. You’ll also want to consider who will be creating your products (as this will affect your gross margins, and thus, your cost and your distribution plans). Some important questions to consider are: A) What is your product line and how can you extend it? B) Do you have product and service blends? C) Do you have a product path for clients to travel? Don’t forget, without one you MIGHT get a success now and then be left with nothing to create longevity and success later. CEO Coaching is no joke. It is a role I take VERY seriously, and creating a longstanding relationship with your clients from day one by having a pre-set product path is one part of your strategy for success that must be priority one for ALL of you.
