Here’s Tip #4:  Form an advisory board of up to 10 people, including an industry heavyweight, model customer, credibility booster, and several savvy business people with great connections. Oh, and make sure everyone gets stock options or some sort of emotional compensation.

Bottom line? Hire slowly, fire quickly. Be picky about who you hire and you’ll build a ROCKIN’ team!
